IF WE ARE DESIGNING YOUR AD:

Your ad cost includes free design with 3 proofs and 3 revisions (fees apply for further changes). It is recommended to keep your ad consistent for brand recognition.

PLEASE USE THE AD DESIGN FORM FROM YOUR SALES REP, OR EMAIL THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS TO [email protected]

  • Your logo and tagline (in high resolution – at least 300 dpi)
  • Images you’d like our designer to use (separately in at least 300 dpi)
  • Tell us if you want us to use stock images and describe what you’d like
  • Ad copy (what you want your ad to say)
  • Color ideas for backgrounds and other elements
  • Sketch of desired layout (can be very helpful)

COPYRIGHT POLICY

Please do not use images taken from the web unless they are purchased (for example, from Shutterstock.com). Because of copyright issues, we will not scan any photos or other material for use in ads.

SUGGESTIONS FOR CREATING YOUR AD

  • Identify your target audience and how best to appeal to them
  • Avoid clutter (eyes bounce off of busy ads)
  • Use bullets to break up ad copy (viewers are more likely to read bullets)
  • Use images (eyes are drawn to them)
  • Include a call-to-action
  • Keep content simple and easy to understand
